- Last two months bank statements (all pages)
- Last two years Federal Tax Returns (all schedules)
- Agreement on Sale of Present Home and Projected Net Sheet
- Closing statement on home sold (HUD-1)
- Rental Agreement
- Gift Letter
- Award Letter for Social Security, Disability or Retirement
- Final signed Divorce Decree with Property Settlement and Child Support
- Copy of Bankruptcy and Discharge Papers
